If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange or return for a refund.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached to get an exchange or refund.
Please contact us at (email@example.com) to process the return for an item you purchased on our website. Once we confirm, place the item securely in its original packaging, and to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address, you’ve received it from. The return address will be provided to your email once we approve your return or exchange request.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. We require 10 to 15 working days to complete your return/refund request.

Please note that we’ll be able to ship the order only once for your one purchase. So, if during the purchase you gave us the wrong address, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make a refund and send the product to a new address.
